How Self Check-in Works
The entire process takes just a few minutes and runs completely digitally:
- Booking confirmation: You receive an email with your personal check-in link.
- Check in online: Open the link up to 24 hours before arrival and enter your personal details.
- Complete payment: Pay any outstanding amounts conveniently by card or other methods.
- Receive your digital key: Your QR code arrives by email or directly in the HelloGuest app.
- Go straight to your room: Scan your QR code at the lobby terminal – no reception needed, 24/7.
